Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we are happy to offer a refund for store credit for unworn items that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns should be sent back with original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. This 14 day period is from the day your item is delivered, until the day you email us requesting return authorization.

To request a return, email info@shoparcavia.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Please include your order number in the subject line and allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with the next steps. Note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Once we receive the return in the required conditions, we will issue you credit for the total price of merchandise, not including shipping costs.

Please allow up to 72 business hours for your returned item(s) to be processed and the credit issued. Any damaged or missing items will not be eligible, so please package carefully. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

ARCAVIA reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.

Exchanges

We offer a 90 day happiness policy. If your item(s) become damaged within this time period, send us an email with proof to info@shoparcavia.com. Please include your order number in the subject line and allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with the next steps. If approved, we will either replace the damaged item depending on what we have left in stock or exchange it for store credit.Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All sale items are FINAL and not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
