Our jewelry is handmade on a regular basis for each of our customers! Please allow us 2-7 business days for your order to be processed. If you need your charms by a certain date send us an e-mail at Info@shoparcavia.com letting us know when and we will do our best to send it out in time!
USA SHIPPING
As soon as your order ships you will receive an e-mail including your personal tracking number. Contact us if you experience any complications with your tracking number. Once your order ships it is out of our control. However, 2-4 days is the estimated length of time for shipping. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout!
International SHIPPING
ARCAVIA currently ships to North America, Europe, & Australia. We look forward to expanding to more countries as we grow!
For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so no additional fees will be due upon delivery. Customers can complete their purchase in their local currency and payment method. We offer a range of payment options, including credit cards, PayPal, and more, tailored to each customer’s location.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your order has been delivered, but you can’t find your package we will try to do our best to help! We ask that you first look around your home or apartment complex and ask family, roommates, neighbors, and building management if they have seen your package.
If you are unable to locate your package, please reach out to the United States Postal Service for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees or the order itself, as we are not liable for lost or stolen items.
